I’m Rares Juretchi. I help organizations move to the cloud and stay compliant once they’re there.
I have over 25 years of IT experience. As a cloud and enterprise architect, I have led or architected more than 100 cloud programs. Most of them were in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and energy and utilities), where a migration plan has to satisfy auditors and regulators as well as engineers.
Today I’m a Director of Cloud Transformation, leading a team that delivers cloud migration and modernization programs. I’ve stayed hands-on: I still design and build landing zones and run migrations myself. Azure is my main platform, and I work on AWS as well. I also hold an MIT credential in AI.

How the guides are kept current
Regulations and cloud services change quickly, so I review the guides when a law, a deadline or a product changes. Each regulatory guide opens with a short note on what has changed, lists its sources, and shows when it was last reviewed. They are general information, not legal advice.
